As part of the Norwegian Cancer Genomics and Sarcoma Consortia we have performed exome and other NGS analyses of patient-derived samples, including blood, tumour and cell lines. These data can be shared with cancer researchers through controlled access to our closed analysis system. Please contact project head Ola Myklebost for inquiries. All individuals accessing the data have to sign a data access contract with conditions similar to those enforced by the Cancer Genomics Consortium.
